IO-Link Products
IO-Link is a standardized, open communication protocol (IEC 61131-9) designed primarily for industrial automation applications. It operates as a point-to-point communication interface between sensors and actuators (typically field devices) and the industrial controller or automation system (PLC, DCS, etc.).

BN Control Unit with IO-Link Technology
By connecting to the IO-Link master, the BN control device unit can exchange essential data on the surrounding environment, providing detailed information on the different operating phases. The data sent includes the state of the buttons and different device types, the LED state, the supply voltage, the device utilization time and temperature.
Puls 20A DIN Rail CP Series Power Supply with IO-Link
One of the key features of the CP20.242-IOL is its IO-Link interface. This interface allows for seamless communication between the power supply, an IO-Link master and a PLC, providing real-time and recorded power supply data.Amongst many electrical operation parameters, event signals are available via the interface as well as a remote ON/OFF function and “Parallel Use” feature for load sharing between power supplies connected in parallel.
Puls FIEPOS IP54, IP65 and IP67 Field Power Supplies with IO-Link for Decentralized Applications
Via IO-Link, the FIEPOS power supply provides information about important parameters such as service life, temperature, voltage, current, etc. and alarms of overload, a faulty DC voltage or even if channels are triggered. Remote access is also possible via IO-Link. This enables the device to be switched on and off remotely, the voltage and tripping currents to be set and tripped channels to be reset.
